The word MUDA is describes as the Mysore Urban Development Authority. This is a governmental organization which oversees the planning and development of the infrastructure, the housing needs of the underprivileged citizens of Mysore and the provision of development related sites and services. The main head office of this authority is located in Mysore, India. Mysore Urban Development Authority was originally constituted in the year 1988. Since then this authority is taking care of the planning and development of the Mysore and is meeting up the housing needs of the civilians of Mysore.

The sources revealed that Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has again come up with a new scheme for the allotment of sites. There are some sites in Mysore which the MUDA is now planning to sale out. Approximately, MUDA is offering 530 site for sale and these sites are located in Lalitadri Nagar (North), Mysore. These 530 sites offered by MUDA varies in the size and length and as per the size the prices are also set for the sites. The prices will vary as per the size of the site. As bigger the size more will be cost and as smaller the site, lesser the price will be. So the interested people who wants to buy a site can buy a site as per their requirement of the size.

The Status of MUDA Scheme 2018 will be check on this website at any time. For different size of the sites, the registration fee will also vary. The total number of sites available for a particular size, registration fee and cost of the site is described below…
- The smallest size of a site is 6×9 square meter. For this size total 125 sites are available and the cost of these sites will be Rs. 1,55,000. Whereas the registration fee for this site will cost Rs. 15,500.
- The other size of the sites is 9×12 square feet and for this size total 300 sites are available. The cost of these sites will be Rs. 4,34,000 and the registration fee for these sites will be Rs. 43,400.
- Another size of the sites is 12×18 square feet and total 70 sites are of this size. The cost of these 70 sites will be Rs. 11,53,000 and the registration fee for these sites will be Rs. 1,15,300.
- Whereas the biggest size of the site is 15×24 square feet. The available site for this size is only 35 in number. The cost of these sites is Rs. 21,69,000 and the registration cost will be charged as Rs. 2,16,900.
So we can say that the prices of the sites will vary from Rs. 6 lakh to around Rs. 21 lakh. The authority has started inviting its application forms from 1st August 2017 on wards. All those people who are interested in buying these sites can fill the application forms. As mentioned application forms are made available since 1st August 2017. The application forms for these sites will only be available in the Vijaya Bank. All the branches of Vijaya Bank in Mysore will be providing the application forms for these sites.

The MUDA Mysore Scheme Allotment 2018 will be after the Application process will be over. So all the interested people visit there nearest Vijaya Bank branch and can get the application form. Total there are 8 branches of Vijaya Bank and the forms will also be submitted in the respective bank branch only. Along with the application form the registration fee will also be paid up which is 10% of the total cost of the site.
